Speedmounter
Flexographic platemounters are now a standard feature
of all flexo print houses. There are many types available
all with different specifications and different features
to aid printers mounting.
The
Speedmounter incorporates features, which are specifically
designed for highly accurate and reliable plate mounting.
Using
colour cameras and monitors with high magnification
lens the Speedmounter reproduces an exact like for like
image of the mounted plate. On screen cross hairs ensure
accurate mounting on each side of the plate while the
special lay down roll places the correct amount of even
pressure on the plate around the total circumference
of the cylinder.
Highly
accurate mechanical design and manufacture gives the
highest accuracy of platemounting available.
