We are located in Exmouth, on the East Devon coast.

Exmouth is located on the coast of East Devon where the River Exe meets the sea. Only 10 miles from Exeter and the M5 motorway, Exmouth is a great base to explore this part of the coast and its inland towns and villages.

Exmouth's promenade is two miles long and the walk from the harbour and marina to Orcombe Point is level and has wonderful views towards Dawlish and Torbay.

The river & Exe Estuary is a great area to relax and to enjoy the natural beauty of the River Exe Estuary and surrounding countryside.
